VA-100 笔型瓦斯烙铁工具

使用说明

一、         填充瓦斯

1.      使用高品质瓦斯填充，并确认开关上在OFF处，再行补充。

2.      如（图一）所示的方向填充瓦斯，将瓦斯罐导入入气孔，下压再充气。

3.      约10秒钟，可完成填充瓦斯，等几分钟，让瓦斯稳定，再行使用。

4.      若瓦斯灌入后，尾部有嘶嘶的出气声音时，用笔尖稍压入气口，即可消。

二、         点火

1.推开关到ON的地方，听到嘶嘶的声音（如图二）

2.用点火器或打火机，靠近接头的点火，（如图三）

3.点着后，调整火力大小，往ON的方向大，往OFF的方向小。

4.此产品温度高达1300℃，使用时需注意安全，用毕后将开关关闭。

5.使用瓦斯烙铁时，请特别注意要等到火焰完全熄灭，烙铁内物体变红时，再行操作，火焰大小勿太大，以延长烙铁头寿命。

注意事项：

1.      替换接头，请待冷却后再行替换或事先换好。

2.      使用中的烙铁头，高温且烫，请勿用手去碰。

3.      调整钮可控制瓦斯的出气量及温度，通常置于中间位置即可。

4.      使用后待冷却后，再行收藏，勿置于高温处或阳光直射处。

5.      儿童不宜使用，收藏时必须安置妥当处。

6.      请使用高品质罐装瓦斯填充，填充时远离火源处。

7.      因瓦斯或多或少都有些杂质，经常清洁喷头是必要的。

8.      清洁时，将喷嘴在瓦斯罐出气口上按压喷射可达清洁效果。

9.      避免重摔。

10.  任何情况下勿尝试拆卸或修理。

VA-100 Pen-typegas soldering iron tool

Instruction foruse:

Fill in gas

1.      Use high-quality gas filling and confirm theswitch is on the OFF position, then re-add it.

2.      Fill the gas in the direction shown in(figure 1), import the gas tank into the air hole, and then inflate underpressure.

3.      about 10 seconds to complete the fillingof gas, wait a few minutes, stop filling when 90% full until the gas is stable,and then use it.

4.      If the gas poured in, you will hear thehissing sound in the rear, and then use a pen tip slightly into the air hole.

Ignition:

1.      Slowly turn the switch to the ON position,you will hear the hissing sound (figure 2)

2.      Use a igniter or lighter to ignite the joints(figure3 ),let the fire make the iron continuous heating.

3.      The temperature up to 1300℃,be safe when using it and turn off afteruse.

4.      When using a gas iron, be careful to waituntil the flame is completely extinguished. Whenthe object inside the soldering iron becomes red, the flame size should not betoo large to prolong the life of the soldering iron head.

5.      The length of the flame is about 1.5~2.5cm

NOTICE:

1.       Replace the connector, please replaceafter cooling or replace it in advance.

2.       The iron head in use is hot with hightemperature. Do not touch it by hand.

3.       The adjusting button controls the gas outputand temperature, usually its position in the middle.

4.       Collect it after use and cooling; do not putin high temperature or direct sunlight place.

5.       Children cannot use; it must be stored ina proper place.

6.       Use high-quality tank gas to fill and awayfrom the source of fire.

7.       Because gas is more or less impurity, itis necessary to clean the nozzle regularly.

8.       When cleaning, press the nozzle on the gastank outlet to achieve cleaning effect.

9.       Avoid heavy falls.

10.   Do not attempt to disassemble or repairunder any circumstances.

Be sure to readthis instruction carefully before use, and follow the operation order of theinstruction, in case danger by improper operation.
