NAI-3A开放式反复使用过滤集菌培养器，采用开放式薄膜过滤法原理，通过内置真空泵抽滤，供试品通过微孔滤膜，将微生物截留在微孔滤膜上，取出滤膜菌面朝上平贴于固体培养基上，移至相应的生化培养箱培养，菌落计数。
